Great as a post-workout snack, this indulgent recipe uses no added sugars and packs a nutritional punch with lots of protein, vitamins and antioxidants. I use this as a good recipe to keep around instead of reaching for traditional icecream.
1/2 cup frozen Mangoes
1/2 cup frozen Cherries
1 handful of Spinach
A splash of Milk (Cow, Almond or Coconut)
1 1/2 scoops of Chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon Cacao powder
1 dash of Cinnamon (optional)
Simply throw all the ingredients in a blender, give it a whirl and enjoy!
